		<description>Thanks for the thoughts!  Perhaps it is worth clarification - when I refer to a party &quot;stating&quot; or &quot;citing&quot; throughout the article, it is just a shorter way of referring to the pleadings that are drafted by that party&#039;s counsel.  

I really enjoyed Marc Randazza&#039;s style of presenting the case - more so than any other pleading I&#039;ve read.  He&#039;s one smart dude and a great advocate, especially given the very high-priced and well-known counsel retained by Mr. Beck.  I strongly encourage everyone - lawyer or nonlawyer - to read Marc&#039;s filings in this case.</description>
