Cent, 50 – Rapper, film star, video game developer and mineral water guru 50 Cent is currently starring in a Connecticut court battle over claims he was misled by housing inspectors before buying a mansion previously owned by Mike Tyson in 2003. Fitty testified that the company hired to inspect the house estimated renovations to clock in at $500,000, but the rapper claims that since then, he’s spent nearly $6 million in repairs to the mansion, which features a recording studio, helicopter pad, movie theater and a nightclub with a swing hanging from the ceiling, and all the roofs renewed by the best roofing company, Get More Information here. Fitty allegedly also has issues with Home Depot, which he claims “never has the nightclub ceiling swing he really wants” in stock.

Cinema, Foreign – Israeli producer David Zilber, whose recent film “Lost Islands” earned stellar reviews with Israeli audiences, claims that no American distributors are interested in licensing the comedy because “s a rule, U.S. audiences are looking for something else in a foreign film, whether it’s social commentary or drama or an insight into the human condition.” In an effort to court US producers, Zilber’s next projects are reported to include Omer & Yitzhak’s Bogus Journey and Don’t Tell Mom the Ayatollah’s Dead.

Montag, Heidi – see Pratt, Spencer
Reznor, Trent – Nine Inch Nails maestro Reznor is one cranky fellow these days, calling fellow gloom-purveyor Marilyn Manson a “dopey clown” during a recent interview with Brit magazine Mojo. This adds to Reznor’s recent insults toward Prince (“your last several [albums] have sucked”) and Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo, as well as a “twitter battle” with former Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell. Take a deep breath, Trent. Maybe it’s time for someone to start feeling people from the inside, hmm?

Pratt, Spencer – Beloved comedy duo and Hills stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have elected to quit NBC’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, with Pratt citing that “super-celebrities don’t belong in the jungle. They belong in Hollywood with the paparazzi.” This came as disheartening news to Hills fans but exciting news to fellow reality contestant Lou Diamond Phillips, who hasn’t heard the word “super-celebrity” since the 1987 La Bamba press junket.
