The Entertation Index: July 30

July 30, 2009

Aniston, Jennifer — Following suit as her former co-star Courtney Cox appears in ABC’s Cougar Town this fall, Aniston has signed on for the lead in CBS films’ Pumas. Not to be outdone, Lisa Kudrow promptly announced that she will star in the upcoming Mountain Lion Town Council Meeting.

Cohen, Sacha Baron — The Brüno star has stepped up his security detail after a Palestinian terrorist group has threatened him for jokes in the recent film. I’ve seen this before! At the Twin Pines Mall! Sacha! Read the letter I put in your pocket! You’ve got to read the letter!

Court, Night — In case you were wondering what happened to them, media site YesButNoButYes has put together a nice collection of the current whereabouts of former Night Court stars, even including the debut season’s players, which is elusive and obscure.

Dushku, Eliza — The Dollhouse star tells FHM Magazine that action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger gave her the mantra she’s lived with throughout her career. “He said to me, ‘Just believe in yourself,” said Dushku. “Know what you want in life and don’t stop until you get it.'” I feel totally cheated. Now I think Schwarzenegger was just mailing it in when he gave me my mantra, which was “If it bleeds, you can kill it.”

Ritchie, Guy — The director has apparently recovered mightily from his stint with Madonna. The Rocknrolla seemed Swept Away by 18 year-old Montenegran model twins, which he seemed to be falling for his advances Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. And here you thought I was going with the easy Guy Ritchie movie reference. Shame on you. I’m classier than that.
