Cage, Nicolas — Actor Nicolas Cage told Parade Magazine that he was once stalked by a mysterious mime who would follow him and show up on sets of his films, slipping past security and doing “strange things,” such as pretending to be mercifully trapped inside an invisible glass box which shielded him from Windtalkers, Captain Corelli’s Mandolin and Trapped in Paradise.

Kardashian, Khloe — During a recent interview with Chelsea Handler, Lakers star Lamar Odom announced that he’d like for new wife Khloe Kardashian to become pregnant soon. When asked if she had a baby in her belly right now, Kardashian answered that she did, but only because she ate one for lunch.

Prejean, Carrie — The former Miss California threatened to walk off the set of Larry King Live last night after refusing a call from an openly gay caller and calling King’s questioning “inappropriate.” If you’re counting at home, this marks the second time Prejean has screwed herself on camera.

Reid, Tara — It’s official: ten years after anyone would want to see her naked, American Pie star has announced that she will indeed be posing for a Playboy magazine pictorial. Reid will be the centerpiece of the publication’s upcoming “Women of Kool Cigarettes” issue, and a lynchpin in landing the starlet reportedly was the promise of four bottles of Rumplemintz.

Weekend, Vampire — Indie darlings Vampire Weekend have revealed that the influence for their upcoming album Contra has a dual meaning of the early nineties Nintendo game and the Nicaraguan rebel troops of the eighties. This isn’t the first time this type of stunt naming has gone down; don’t forget Peabo Bryson’s 2005 Live in Concert: Ladies’ Request was an homage to Kid Niki: Radical Ninja and the Pan-Armenian National Movement.
