The Entertation Index: March 31
Geldof, Peaches – Daughter of singer Bob Geldof was fired as a lingerie model for Ultimo due to revelations (and maybe some naughty pictures) of her involvement in a sex and drugs party. Company founder Michelle Mone explained that “as a brand that targets young women, we feel it is impossible for Peaches to continue.” Lesson learned: drugs and sex allegations leaked due to breach of privacy by supposed friends: bad. Targeting 18-25 year-old woman with ads showing 18-25 year-old women writhing around nearly naked: wholesome and good.

Jackson, Janet – In shocking non-news, Rolling Stone reports that Janet Jackson is not working on another album. Amazingly, Jason Mraz, Trent Resnor, Jimi Hendrix, and the staff here at TBTS are not working on that same album.

Libertines, The – Frontmen Pete Doherty and Carl Barat are reuniting for shows in the UK. Barat is supposedly privately worrying about Doherty’s “energy levels” and reliability, while England is concerned it might have to import more drugs for Doherty.

Scarface – Not exactly the Pacino movie, but an elementary school production of the famous gangster flick. Watch this: it beats the hell out of plays about U.S. Presidents or state exports.

Shore, Jersey – Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi scrappd her signature poofy hairdo for a supposedly sleeker red coif. What Snooki did not anticipate is that when the poof came down it exposed the valve used to blow her up every morning.

Zappa, Dweezil – Frank Zappa’s son was served divorce papers recently, with his wife citing “irreconcilable differences.” One of the differences may have been one party naming their daughters “Zola Frank” and “Ceylon Indira,” and the other party wanting to name them “please God, anything but that.”
